Once you have contacted us we will arrange an initial meeting in your home at which time you will be under no obligation to accept our services.  Should you wish to proceed, we will assess your needs and discuss the support you wish to receive.  We will then draw up a personal plan of care to meet your specific requirements. If at any time your needs change, we can reassess your care plan and suggest ways of making your daily life easier.
