Nightingales has been operational since 2002. Over this period we have seen steady growth, with both our range of services as well as our client base. This growth does not overshadow our commitment to providing the personal touch – and our reputation has been founded on the staff’s ability to “go the extra mile”. We believe this is of fundamental importance in home care, and will continue to provide these personal touches by matching our range of friendly staff to our clients' individual needs.

Nightingales employs a wide range of friendly and fully trained staff. Our staff all live within the local area, and are known and recognised throughout the Purbeck community. In addition to this, all our staff have undergone rigorous criminal record checks in line with the Government’s statutory requirements.  We believe that the combination of training, security and community spirit that is found within our staff pool is the key to providing quality care.

We are reviewed by the commission for Social Care Inspection, an independent body established to promote best practice for care services.
